Youth in Focus მალტაში

ჩვენმა ორგანიზაციამ,  „Youth in Focus“-მა, როგორც ამ პროექტის თანაავტორმა, მონაწილეობა მიიღო ერასმუს პლუს ახალგაზრდული გაცვლის პროექტში, მალტაში. პროექტმა გააერთიანა 32 ახალგაზრდა საქართველოდან, ესპანეთიდან, იტალიიდან და მალტიდან. მონაწილეებმა აღმოაჩინეს ერასმუს პლუსის შესაძლებლობები, ისწავლეს თუ როგორ შეექმნათ ისეთი პროექტები, რომლებსაც  შეუძლიათ დადებითი გავლენა მოახდინონ მათ საზოგადოებასა თუ მის ფარგლებს გარეთ.

აღნიშნული პროექტი მოიცავდა შემოქმედებით იდეათა მარათონს, მონაწილეები ჯგუფური მუშაობის შედეგად ავითარებდნენ ინოვაციურ იდეებს მომავალი ერასმუს პლუსის პროექტებისთვის. განხორციელებული აქტივობები ეხმარებოდათ მათ გუნდური მუშაობის უნარისა და კრიტიკული აზროვნების განვითარებაში.

მონაწილეებმა შეიძინეს პრაქტიკული უნარები და გააღმავეს ცოდნა, თუ როგორ მუშაობს ერასმუს +. აღმოაჩინეს თუ , როგორ უნდა მიიღო მონაწილეობა ახალგაზრდულ გაცვლით პროგრამებში, განავითარეს და დახვეწეს საკუთარი პროექტის იდეები. ჩვენი ორგანიზაციისთვის, როგორც თანაავტორისა და მონაწილის ჩართულობა ამ პროექტში მნიშვნელოვანი გამოცდილება იყო. შესაძლებლობა მოგვეცა უფრო ახლოს გვემუშავა ახალგაზრდებთან, მიგვეცა მათთვის მოტივაცია და საჭირო უნარები.  

  აღნიშნულმა გაცვლითმა პროექტმა გააერთიანა  სწავლის, თანამშრომლობისა და კულტურული გაცვლის პროცესი.  დაგვანახა ახალგაზრდების უზარმაზარი ძალა, რომლებიც ერთად ქმნიან საინტერესო იდეებს უკეთესი მომავლის შესაქმნელად.

Youth in Focus: Empowering Young People Through Erasmus+ in Malta

Our organization, Youth in Focus, co-authored and participated in an inspiring Erasmus+ youth exchange in Malta. This project brought together 32 teenagers from Georgia, Spain, Italy, and Malta. They explored the opportunities Erasmus+ offers and learned how to create projects that can make a real impact in their communities and beyond.

The exchange included a creative Ideathon where participants teamed up with peers to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for future Erasmus+ projects, helping them practice teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving while learning to turn their ideas into real, actionable plans.

Through group activities and lively discussions, participants gained practical skills and a deeper understanding of how Erasmus+ works. They discovered how to join youth exchanges, develop their own projects, and contribute to meaningful change in their communities. For Youth in Focus, being both a co-author and a participant in this project was an incredible experience. It allowed us to work closely with young people, inspire them to think big, and help them build the skills they need to succeed. 

This exchange was a celebration of learning, collaboration, and cultural exchange. It demonstrated the immense power of young people coming together to share ideas, grow, and create a brighter future.
